Alera Group is seeking a Claims & Risk Management Support Leader in Wisconsin. Hybrid work arrangement with travel for office implementations and training may be required.

The role focuses on servicing clients and claims, coordinating with carriers, and supervising two team members to deliver high-quality client service and proactive risk management across our Property & Casualty team.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 2+ years of insurance, risk management, customer service, operations, or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• State-specific insurance license or ability to obtain and maintain required licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as advocate and liaison with clients, carriers, and internal customers on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with client/insured to assist with coverage issues.
• Participate in presentations with clients and prospects as requested.
• Lead and streamline claims, risk management, and client resource support operations to deliver a consistently high level of client service.
• Supervise and mentor specialty team members while promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Drive proactive service initiatives that deliver value and strengthen client relationships.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and service consistency.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and create development plans to enhance team effectiveness.
• Lead team meetings, establish goals, and develop action plans that support departmental objectives.
• Monitor adherence to established procedures, conduct operational reviews, and implement process improvements as needed.
