Qualifications

• Requires pursuing or having completed a four-year degree.
• Experience in customer service roles such as retail, hospitality, logistics, banking, equipment dealerships, equipment rental, sales, or similar fields.
• Ability to make confident decisions based on available information.
• Strong analytical, computer, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through the claims process to help them return to normalcy after a loss.
• Work with policyholders, attorneys, and others to ensure claims are resolved promptly, fairly, and courteously.
• Explain policy coverage to policyholders and third parties.
• Conduct thorough investigations and document facts related to claims.
• Resolve claims by paying, settling, denying claims, defending policyholders in court, or recovering outstanding dollars.
