Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a claims-focused professional in California to guide clients through the settlement process and liaise with policyholders, attorneys and other stakeholders. You will analyze cases, explain coverage, and drive timely resolutions while upholding fairness and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or progress toward one.
• Experience in customer service roles such as retail, hospitality, logistics, banking, equipment dealerships, equipment rental, sales, or similar fields.
• Ability to make confident decisions based on available information.
• Strong analytical, computer, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,800 - $78,000, with pay varying based on job-related factors and individual experience.
• Eligible for a Geographic Differential Payment.
