Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is hiring for a Colorado-based claims support role focused on customer engagement, payment processing, and data integrity. You will partner with claim professionals across departments to resolve claims efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent and at least one year of service-related experience or a bachelor’s degree, with strong Microsoft Office and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-related work experience or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, email, and database software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement: serve as a customer service representative for the claim department, addressing questions and concerns.
• Claim operational service and partnerships: document files, request reports, review medical bills, and manage mail and supplies.
• Claim payments and expense processing: handle payments, vendor invoices, and related financial documents.
• Data and information management: generate reports, update data discrepancies, and maintain records.
• Financial controls and assessments: support data accuracy and internal controls, perform reconciliations.
