Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer service representative for the claim department, routing calls and answering status questions.
• Document claim files, review medical bills, and prepare documents for reviews.
• Process claim payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate reports and manage data in systems used by the claims team.
• Assist with daily operations and participate in special projects as needed.
