• Understanding of industry practices, standards, and claim concepts.
• Prior casualty claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Handles moderate-to-high complexity casualty claims.
• Evaluates both personal and commercial lines property claims.
• Ensures customer service excellence.
• Investigates and reviews claim-related documents.
• Establishes and reviews proper reserves for each claim.
• Provides direction to outside resources.
• Makes decisions guided by general instructions.
• Maintains regular contact with customers and vendors.
• Travels occasionally for field work.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
