Job summary

Brown & Brown Absence Services Group is hiring a Claims Management Associate to join the SSDI team. You will learn our systems, handle high volumes of client interactions, and develop the skills to guide clients through the SSDI claims process.

This developmental pathway leads to independent caseload management alongside the Client Advocate. Position offers remote or in-office work, a $18/hr pay rate, and a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST).

Qualifications

• Confidentiality and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Accurate typing, data entry, and documentation.
• Strong organization to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quick learning of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive claims forward across touchpoints and interface with clients and agencies.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and review claim files.
• Maintain a high-volume client interaction workflow.
• Provide clear, courteous service on every call.
• Support Client Advocates and maintain client trust.
• Manage workload and adapt as priorities shift.
