Job summary

Brown & Brown in Dallas is seeking an experienced adjuster to investigate coverage, liability, and damages and negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and carriers throughout the life of a claim.

This role handles a high call volume and requires strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently or in a team; 1–2 years of call center experience and 3–5 years of claim handling are preferred, with bilingualism as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of call/contact center experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (preferred).
• Bilingual is a plus, not required (preferred).
• Service Advisor or Service Drive experience a plus (preferred).
• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems (preferred).
