Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 1–3 years call center customer service preferred.
• Fluent English with professional written and oral communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook and Word.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls for the Claims unit and document first notice of loss.
• Interact with insureds and claimants to build trust at the start of the claims process.
• Provide legendary service quality and accurate claims information.
• Explain benefits, coverages, and the claims process for glass claims.
• Take overflow calls and address low complexity questions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Claims systems and reference appropriate parties.
• Provide general membership information or refer to the right team.
