You will collect and enter large volumes of case data, review medical records, and maintain thorough notes while coordinating with claimants, providers, and counsel.

Responsibilities

• Interview claimants and gather information related to claims and case matters.
• Collect, enter, organize, and maintain large amounts of case and claimant information.
• Review medical records and other documentation and accurately enter relevant information into case management systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed case notes and records.
• Track case activity, follow-ups, appointments, and outstanding information.
• Communicate with claimants, adjusters, defense counsel, medical providers, court personnel, and other parties as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and follow-up activities.
• Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding case status and outstanding issues.
• Conduct research and gather information needed to support claim investigations.
• Assist with case management and other investigative responsibilities as assigned.
