Plymouth Rock Assurance is seeking a Claims Technician to be the policyholder’s first point of contact after an auto or homeowner loss. You will report accidents, gather information by phone, and input details into our system to support claims processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Report accidents policyholders have been involved in by obtaining information over the phone.
• Input accident information into a proprietary system.
• Make decisions on whether or not to re-route a claim or to alert the claim office of a serious injury or major loss.
