Responsibilities

• Analyze and determine direction on coverage, investigation, evaluation and resolution of claims.
• Make recommendations regarding reserve changes to Management.
• Recognize exposures on claims and alert Management and partners.
• Adhere to Fair Claims Practices Regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute claim reports.
• Travel to other claim offices and conferences as needed.
