Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding to Travelers systems.
• Exposure to basic to moderate insurance claims.
• Learn investigation, negotiation and resolution strategies.
• Document damages, determine applicable coverages, and communicate with customers.
• Ride-alongs and mentorship to develop claims knowledge.
• Build customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
