Responsibilities

• Exposure to personal and business claims of basic to moderate complexity.
• Learn strategies for investigating, negotiating and resolving claims.
• Estimate damages and determine applicable coverages with clear communication.
• Observe claim professionals via desk work and ride-alongs.
• Work with a dedicated manager/mentor to learn claims through core assignments.
• Build customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Complete meaningful project work.
