Job summary

Travelers Canada is seeking applicants for the Claim Intern program in the United States. You will receive onboarding to Travelers systems and participate in handling personal and business insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.

You will learn investigation and negotiation techniques, estimate damages, and assist customers with coverage questions while building customer service and analytical skills. Housing assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Majors include Business, Liberal Arts with business focus, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigation and resolution of basic-to-moderate claims.
• Support claim professionals through desk work and ride-alongs.
• Develop communication and analytical skills through guided projects.
