Job summary

Tower Hill Insurance Group is hiring a Claims Business Intelligence Specialist to partner with Claims and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain reporting, perform data analysis, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will own key reports, translate business requirements into dashboards, and provide actionable insights from complex data sets. Hybrid work is supported, with preference for candidates in FL or surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of BI, data analytics, or reporting experience expected.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI or similar tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Claims to gather requirements and define KPIs and metrics.
• Translate requirements into reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Own and validate existing reports for accuracy and relevance.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and anomalies.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Suggest data-driven process improvements and monitor outcomes.
• Stay current with BI trends and best practices.
• Provide BI tool training to the team and support reporting workflows.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and validation.
• Support automated report distributions and production deployments.
