Job summary

Frontline Insurance is seeking a Claims Business Analyst to analyze claims data, identify trends, and translate business questions into analytical requirements. You will collaborate with Claims Operations, QA, SIU, Finance, and leadership to develop actionable insights that improve handling and reduce risk.

Bring 5+ years in data analysis (insurance preferred), a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in insurance or claims operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes affecting claim outcomes.
• Collaborate with Claims Operations, QA, SIU, Finance, and leadership to translate questions into metrics.
• Develop actionable insights to improve claims handling and reduce operational risk.
• Monitor emerging trends and communicate insights to claims leadership.
• Identify cost drivers and opportunities for process optimization across the lifecycle.
• Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
