Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a dynamic claims coordination professional in Tennessee. Under supervision, you will allocate claims to qualified professionals, assess file complexity, and ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining strong customer service.

Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years in business or claims, and proficiency with Excel and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED with customer service experience.
• 1-2 years business experience.
• Claims experience.
• Proficient with Excel and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Assign claims to appropriate claim professionals to balance workload.
• Recognize file complexity and assign accordingly.
• Review field support requests and allocate severity/complexity.
• Balance daily workloads and reassign as needed for productivity.
• Identify high-exposure claims and refer to supervisor.
• Document changes in the claim system and notes.
• Maintain open communication with claim professionals throughout the day.
• For Total Loss, contact financial institutions for titles and lien info.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
