Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily.
• Resolve customer concerns with ownership and follow-up.
• Enter data accurately and manage case load.
• Establish payment agreements and assist with account setup.
• Investigate claims and negotiate settlements within approved limits.
