Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • PE license in Indiana or ability to obtain.
  • 7+ years of experience designing transportation infrastructure.
  • Project management experience with INDOT, ODOT, and municipalities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (required).
  • Knowledge of MicroStation, OpenRoads, GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
  • Cultivate client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Mentor and manage project teams with technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with city, county, state agencies for compliance and funding.

Your Role as a Transportation Project Manager:
  • Lead transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.
  • Mentor and manage project teams, providing technical guidance and oversight.
  • Coordinate with public agencies at the city, county, and state levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and feasibility studies for transportation projects.
  • Apply innovative design solutions to complex transportation challenges using cutting-edge tools and industry best practices.

Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a related field) from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana (or ability to obtain).
  • 7+ years of experience designing transportation infrastructure projects.
  • Project management experience with INDOT, ODOT, and municipal projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (required); experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and GIS is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of transportation design standards, regulations, and funding processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
