Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead and direct all field electrical construction activities for utility-scale power generation projects, including CCGT facilities. This role oversees electrical craft personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial/power generation/heavy construction environments
• CCGT, simple cycle, or utility-scale power generation experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead all electrical construction activities within assigned project areas.
• Supervise electrical craft personnel, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules to meet milestones.
• Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, MCCs, tray, raceway, grounding, and power/control cabling.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure correct execution.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, quality, and commissioning teams.
• Support system turnover, energization, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain construction documentation.
