Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Civil Superintendent - Earthworks/Concrete to lead field civil construction for utility-scale power projects. You will oversee civil craft personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires extensive experience in earthwork, excavation, concrete foundations, and site development, with strong scheduling and coordination across engineering teams. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in Construction Mgmt or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of civil construction experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial/large-scale projects.
• Experience with CCGT or heavy industrial power projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work project-based schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead all civil construction activities within assigned project areas.
• Supervise civil craft personnel, foremen, operators, labor crews, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and project specs.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules to milestones.
• Oversee site prep, grading, excavation, foundations, drainage, and roads.
• Review drawings, specs, geotechnical reports, and work plans.
