Advocate Health is seeking a remote-enabled Senior Civil Rights Specialist to support investigation and resolution of civil rights and language access complaints. You will analyze risk, maintain confidential records, and help drive regulatory compliance across the health system.

The role requires 3+ years in civil rights or healthcare equity, strong communication, and collaboration with clinical and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, or policy/program development.
• Ability to analyze and advise on complex civil rights and equity issues.

Responsabilités

• Support investigations and resolution of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies for compliance.
• Maintain confidential documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Track and report civil rights metrics and contribute to enterprise insights.
• Coordinate demographic data collection to support regulatory reporting.
