Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, public policy, legal studies, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, or regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze complex civil rights and language access issues across health care settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration across clinicians, leadership, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investigations and resolutions of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Track, analyze, and report civil rights data and compliance metrics.
• Maintain confidential documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Support development of training and compliance initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with Clinical Risk, Patient Experience, and other teams on resolutions.
