Advocate Health is seeking a qualified professional to support the Civil Rights team by coordinating the receipt, investigation, and resolution of discrimination in service delivery cases while overseeing data collection and regulatory compliance. This fully remote role is available to candidates located in listed states.

You will document cases, analyze demographics, track metrics, and contribute to statewide and enterprise-wide improvement efforts, ensuring adherence to ADA, Title VI, and CMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in civil rights, disability rights, investigations, or regulatory compliance is expected.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Support and coordinate investigations of civil rights and language access complaints.
• Analyze data, track complaints, and prepare regulatory reporting.
• Maintain documentation aligned with policies and audits.
