Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of civil construction QA/QC experience, infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, and related codes.
• Experience reviewing ITPs and QCPs and applying QA/QC plans.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA/QC inspections for earthworks, concrete, asphalt, utilities, drainage, and structures.
• Review drawings, specifications, and quality requirements; maintain inspection reports and NCRs.
• Monitor compliance with ITPS and QCPs; coordinate with contractors and site team.
• Verify materials and workmanship meet submittals and standards.
• Attend quality/coordination meetings and archive records.
• Identify recurring quality issues and propose corrective actions.
