FOCUS Consulting in Midvale is seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Writer to orchestrate proposals and qualification packages for civil engineering and surveying projects in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate, write, and assemble materials while aligning content with client requirements and company standards.

You will maintain templates, support compliance checks, tailor narratives and resumes, track outcomes, and contribute to marketing collateral and business development through timely,

Competenze

• Experience coordinating and managing proposals and qualification packages.
• Ability to prepare and write clear, persuasive, and compliant content.
• Ability to review and interpret RFP documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to grammar and formatting.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and administrative teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF editing, and document management systems.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent experience.
