Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ENV/ GIS/ construction or related field; MBA or related is a plus.
• Ability to attain professional certifications such as AICP, PE, PMP, GISP, CQE, or similar.
• Experience in municipal government, utilities, or environmental conservation.
• Familiarity with sustainability, resilience planning, and risk assessment.
• 15+ years of experience, with 3-5 years in PM, asset management, or capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and client development to establish new relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Drive profitability and growth of projects.
• Develop and implement PM programs with scheduling, QA/QC, and budgeting.
