Job summary

Bowman seeks a Project Manager II to lead complex projects from planning through delivery, owning client satisfaction and project P&L. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with processes and contracts to drive safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective outcomes.

The role demands ten-plus years in PM, strong facilitation and communication skills, and fluency in English. This is a full-time position based in Houston with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, engineering preferred.
• Ten or more (10+) years of experience.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills - written and verbal.
• High level of personal integrity.
• Strong relationship capabilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall accountability for client satisfaction for assigned projects and programs of work.
• Provide overall accountability for the profit and loss of assigned projects, managing data related to safety, quality, cost, schedule, risk, and change management to achieve outcomes.
• Single point of accountability for client and internal management for all contractual, commercial, and technical matters related to the assigned project.
• Manage complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Accountable for ensuring project compliance with company processes, procedures, and contract exhibits.
