Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. in Austin, TX, is seeking a Civil Program Manager to lead design and delivery of service programs. You will manage multiple projects, oversee PM plans, and drive quality and client satisfaction across stakeholders.

You will guide production, design, drawings, specifications, surveys and reports while coordinating with departments and clients to ensure timely, compliant outcomes. A PE is preferred and strong marketing/business development skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct teams; manage people and processes to ensure quality execution.
• Develop business lines to include production and technical design, drawings, surveys, reports and services.
• Ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction through project oversight and coordination.
• Assist Regional Manager with day-to-day tasks, meetings, document review and approvals.
• Coordinate work with other departments and ensure conformance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and sub-consultants.
• Assist in development of proposals, budgets, schedules and cost standards.
• Analyze and select project plans based on client criteria and goals.
• Perform field observations and document conditions; produce construction documents.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, RFIs, change orders and close-out documentation.
• Adhere to codes and regulations applicable to the discipline.
