Bowman is seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our Glendale, AZ team. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering background, PE license, 8+ years’ experience, and strong knowledge of land development, municipal codes, and modeling tools (AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, StormCAD). This role emphasizes growth and client development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Registered Professional Engineer in field of expertise required.
• Eight+ years of civil engineering experience with at least 3 years in assistant project management.
• Land development experience including residential and commercial projects.
• Thorough understanding of municipal codes and regulations.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard modeling tools.
• Experience with Storm Drain Modeling and hydrology calculations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to write reports, narratives, and development submittals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to meet objectives.
• Assist marketing efforts to acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to satisfy project requirements.
• Manage project profitability and growth of projects.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and cost estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day project management across multiple projects.
• Prepare designs, specifications, plans, and technical reports.
• Review cost sheets and ensure projects stay within budget.
