Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Civil Program Manager to join the team in Waco, TX. The role oversees design, development of PM plans, and program reporting, ensuring quality and client satisfaction on multi-project engagements.

Responsibilities include leading design efforts, coordinating with staff and clients, and supporting business development while adhering to company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Eight or more (8+) years of experience in the A/E industry with 3–5 years of progressively more responsible project and program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee design aspects of a service program, including development of project management plans and program reporting.
• Assist with marketing the firm’s capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with developers, builders, and government agencies.
• Ensure client satisfaction through oversight of project implementation and coordination among stakeholders.
• Support Regional Manager with day-to-day tasks, meetings, and document review.
• Coordinate work involving other departments with counterpart directors.
