Core States Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to manage planning, design, and construction of diverse civil projects. You will oversee activities, coordinate resources, and guide team members to deliver quality outcomes on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE preferred or able to obtain PE in applicable states.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience in a firm setting.
• Experience in site development design and project management.
• Hands-on contributor while leading the Engineering function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and drainage reports.
• Coordinate with agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permits.
• Design grading plans and road details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Analyze regulatory requirements and design standards.
• Lead project teams, manage budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
