Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.

• 5+ years of civil/site development experience.
• Proven project management and client relationship skills.
• Hands-on leadership while guiding engineering function.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans, feasibility reports, and cost estimates with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permits.
• Create grading plans, profiles, road design, and alignments using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform calculations for storm water, utilities, and roadway improvements.
• Lead drafts, designers, and staff to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Develop site plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and master planned communities.
• Manage project administration: numbers, billing, contracts, and invoices.
• Attend meetings to review progress and capture action items.
