Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience; 5 years preferred.
• Idaho Bar admission or ability to obtain Idaho licensure.
• Ability to manage a civil litigation caseload independently.
• Interest in profit-sharing and potential partnership within an entrepreneurial firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage a civil litigation caseload across business, real estate, construction, and general civil matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement materials.
• Ability to handle case strategy, deadlines, calendars, and hearings.
• Prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related activities.
• Communicate with clients regarding updates, strategy, and next steps.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on matter strategy and growth.
