Salary ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 per year, with baseline billable-hour expectations of 1,800 hours annually; firm open to flexibility and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of legal experience in civil litigation and/or defense work.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters while working as part of a team.
• Deposition, motion practice, and courtroom experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters as assigned.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Manage case files and deadlines, coordinating with team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and case management.
