The position handles a mix of plaintiff and defense matters, including business, contract, construction defect, and employment disputes. Candidates with transferable trial experience-such as prosecutors or personal injury litigators-are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from intake through resolution or trial.

Qualifications

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (negotiable with portable business).
