Job summary

LeoForce in Georgia seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing government-law practice. You will represent local government entities in civil litigation from pre-litigation through trial, handling cases across civil rights, employment, contracts, torts, and premises liability.

The ideal candidate has 3–12 years of civil litigation experience, is admitted to the Georgia bar, and demonstrates strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 3 to 12 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Local government law experience a plus but not required.

Job Details

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a growing team serving cities, counties and public authorities across the state.

• Represent local government entities in civil litigation matters including civil rights, employment, contract disputes, tort, and premises liability
• Handle cases across all stages from pre-litigation through trial
• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex, multi-faceted matters governed by local, state, and federal law
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles
