Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for a government-focused practice in Cumming, GA. You will represent cities, counties, and public authorities in civil rights, employment, contract, tort, and premises liability matters from pre-litigation to trial.

We require 3–12 years of civil litigation experience and an active Georgia bar. The role offers a hybrid schedule, 100% employer-paid health insurance, and a strong, stable client base.

Qualifications

• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• 3 to 12 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Local government law experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent local government entities in civil litigation matters including civil rights, employment, contract disputes, tort, and premises liability.
• Handle cases across all stages from pre-litigation through trial.
• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex matters.
• Serve a recession-resistant client base with consistent workflow across economic cycles.
