Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our growing team serving cities, counties, and public authorities across Georgia. The role focuses on civil rights, employment, contract disputes, tort, and premises liability, handling cases from pre-litigation through trial, with collaboration from experienced government law attorneys.

You will work with a recession-resistant client base and benefit from a hybrid schedule, unlimited PTO, and strong health insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 12 years of civil litigation experience.
• Active and good standing Georgia bar license required.
• Strong academic background and written communication skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
• Local government law experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent local government entities in civil litigation matters including civil rights, employment, contract disputes, tort, and premises liability.
• Handle cases across all stages from pre-litigation through trial.
• Work alongside experienced government law attorneys on complex, multi-faceted matters governed by local, state, and federal law.

Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
