Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in site clearing, grubbing, grading and site establishment.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and engineering codes/standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and execution of facilities such as service roads, yard piping, and drainage and supporting infrastructure.
• Translate engineering concepts into buildable designs, specifications, and construction documents.
• Partner with Project Managers to drive project delivery—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Analyze site data (survey reports, maps, geotechnical inputs) to inform design decisions and mitigate risk.
• Perform process calculations (flows, loadings, system performance) critical to system design.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for internal teams, clients, and field personnel.
• Oversee and coordinate subconsultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment across engineering disciplines.
• Support field inspections, QA/QC programs, and construction activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to proposals and help win exciting new projects.
