Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license in NJ or NY preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in civil, water resources, or environmental engineering on large infrastructure projects.
• Roadway engineering and stormwater management experience.
• Familiarity with FEMA, FHWA, AASHTO, USACE and NJDEP requirements.
• Proficiency in HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design reviews and resolve technical issues; coordinate design change documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction; review contractor submittals and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and assist with project documentation (drawings, specs).
• Assess constructability, methods, and impacts on critical path schedule and risk.
• Support integration of HTP packages and interface management across teams.
• Assist with project controls: schedule, cost, change, risk, and document management.
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly project reports (safety, quality, environment).
