Job summary

RRM Design Group seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead public and private land development projects, manage scope, schedule and budget, and communicate with clients. You’ll mentor staff and pursue new work while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidate has 7–10 years' civil engineering experience, a BS in Civil Engineering, and a PE license (Minnesota and/or Wisconsin). Proficiency in Civil 3D is preferred. We offer a competitive package and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in civil engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Minnesota and/or Wisconsin PE license
• Experience with Civil 3D

Responsibilities

• Provide management for public/private land development projects (scope, schedule, budget, client communication)
• Develop new business and networking
• Mentor and supervise design staff
• Solicit work, write proposals, conduct client interviews
• Manage multiple projects and client communications
• Oversee quality control and ensure scope compliance
• Design and calculations for drainage, grading, streets, water, sewer, storm drains
