RRM Design Group in California is seeking a Manager of Engineering Services to lead our Civil Engineering team on public and private land development projects. You will oversee schedule, budget, client communications, and project design while mentoring staff.

The role demands a California PE, 12+ years of civil engineering experience, and proficiency in Civil 3D. We offer a competitive package with sign-on bonus and extensive benefits as part of our ESOP-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of civil engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active California PE license.
• Experience with Civil 3D software.

Responsibilities

• Provide management for public/private land development projects, including schedule, budget, communication with clients, and overall project design.
• Mentoring and overseeing the design work of staff.
• Business development and networking to develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, agencies, and contractors.
