Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Active Minnesota and/or Wisconsin PE license.
• Experience with Civil 3D.
• 12+ years of civil engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, and client communications.
• Mentor and oversee design work of staff.
• Develop business through networking and proposals.
