Job summary

SRF Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Manager – Civil Design Engineer based in our Minneapolis, MN office.

You will lead roadway and municipal infrastructure projects, manage client relationships, and oversee project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Minnesota PE license or can obtain it within six months, has 8+ years of transportation project experience, and excels in communication, supervision, and project delivery under

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or able to become licensed within six months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent supervisory and team building skills.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with an emphasis in managing transportation projects, including preliminary and final design. Design-Build project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client relationships – develop, manage, and maintain client relationships.
• Marketing – identify and actively pursue project opportunities resulting in securing work.
• Project Management – effectively manage multi-discipline project teams for a wide range of transportation projects including the design-bid-build, design-build, and CMGC delivery methods for highway, transit, rail, and site projects.
• Staff Supervision – provide for staff growth through nurturing staff in a respectful, collaborative approach that promotes individual professional growth and positive team spirit.
• Group growth – assist the group leadership in developing and implementing a strategic growth plan for the market including short and long-term action plans and financial goals.
