Job summary

SRF Consulting Group is seeking a full-time Project Manager – Civil Design Engineer for our Minneapolis, MN office. You will lead roadway and municipal infrastructure projects, manage multi-discipline teams, and oversee client relations and staff development.

Required: Minnesota Professional Engineer license or eligibility within six months, 8+ years in transportation design and project management, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D or MicroStation/Geopak. Salary range $100,000–$140,000.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota or eligible to become licensed within six months of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, technical and analytical skills.
• Excellent supervisory and team-building skills.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing transportation projects, including preliminary and final design.
• Design-Build project experience is a plus.
