Lumos & Associates is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE) to lead and coordinate diverse infrastructure projects across transportation, water/wastewater, stormwater, and site development. You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality projects with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• P.E. license required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and project management experience.
• Multidisciplinary team experience and valid driver's license with <=3 demerit points.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, agencies, and partners.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
• Mentor and support junior staff and project engineers.
• Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationships.
