Lumos & Associates is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE) to lead and support a broad range of municipal, private, and agency projects across Boise, NV and CA, with a team-driven, client-focused approach.

You will guide project planning, design, and construction, mentor engineers, and contribute to business development while delivering infrastructure improvements for communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid driver license with 3 or fewer demerit points.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
• Mentor and support early in career staff and project engineers.
• Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationship management.
