Job summary

Lumos & Associates is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio across transportation, water, stormwater, and site development for municipal, agency, and private clients.

In this role you will manage projects from planning through construction, mentor staff, coordinate with clients and agencies, and help drive business development while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across Nevada, California, and Idaho.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive, relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Valid driver license with 3 or fewer demerit points.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners.
• Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
• Mentor and support early in career staff and project engineers.
• Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationship management.
